Hi! I’m Kevin Perez, a Latino photographer and content creator who came to the U.S. chasing a dream: opening my own studio and working in what I’m most passionate about. That’s how Studio Shutter ADS was born, a space where we combine over 10 years of experience in commercial photography, professional lighting, and marketing to help local businesses stand out and sell more.
I specialize in food, corporate, product, event photography, and visual content for brands. I work directly with you, at your location or in my studio in Fort Washington, Maryland, making sure each image reflects the real value of your brand and attracts more clients.

Depending on your business needs, I’ll send you one or more budget options, considering the time invested in the session and the number of photos or videos delivered.
